The 4th Annual Ukulele & Slack Key Guitar Institute will occur from Thursday, November 10-Sunday, November 13, 2005 at the Kahilu Theatre in Waimea (Kamuela) on the Big Island of Hawaii. The institute consists of a series of players workshops, concerts, kanikapila, and instrument displays by local luthiers. This year's performers/instructors include Raiatea Helm, Led Kaapana, Jeff Peterson, Dennis Kamakahi, David Kamakahi, Gordon Mark, Bobby Ingano, Aaron Mahi & James Hill. Theatre box office does not have 2005 list of Institute instructors finalized, as of my phone call to them yesterday afternoon (8/26).
Website states only the dates (11/10 - 11/13), and:
Full SCHEDULE of EVENTS will be posted by September 1, 2005. |
