I think the only way to make a kahakö is if you have a mac, you can type in an ümlaut and pretend it is a kahakö. To make the ümlaut, press option+u, then the vowel you want. The option+u combination makes the ümlaut first, then when you type the vowel, it is entered below the ümlaut.
