Sorry to take up an extra topic, but I wanted to make sure people wouldn't miss this one:
I was just speaking with Jean at Espresso Garden and the news is good. The landlord and potential new owner have come to terms, financing is solid. (I guess getting less per month is still better than having a second property in the same strip mall unleased.) The parties are supposed to sign contracts on Monday. In other words, unless there is some huge unforseen screwup, EG will remain open and the new owner wants to kep the music going, including us.
