I'm a twenty six year old intermediate player, taking lessons from Patrick Landeza. I still don't know much, but I'm trying! I'm wondering if there's anybody in the area who also plays the slack key, and would be interested in meeting up to jam sometime, maybe teach each other a few tricks of the trade...
Somebody vaguely my age, location, and skill level would probably work out best. Give me a mail if interested.

How long at slack-key? and how long have you been learning with Patrick?
I'm more beginner level, but have no-one nearby me, and would be willing to come to Oakland sometimes. I meet Patrick on Thursdays, usually, but Thursdays/Wednesdays in October.
What songs are you playing?
Oh yeah, I'm a whopping 43.
