I just visited Led Ka'apanas web site concert listing: http://www.ledkaapana.com/concerts.htm It shows Led will be performing at Humphrey's Concerts by the Bay on Sunday, July 9th at 1900. Tickets go on sale April 1st (this Saturday) at ticketmaster. If we all bug him a lot maybe we can get a workshop rolling and a new instructional DVD recorded at Bruce Lambs place. Led is also a Taylor Guitars Clinician. Maybe we can all tour through the Taylor factory with Led.

I'll do it if Led wants to. If anyone is in contact with him. let him know that he can stay at my place. I've met him a couple of times, but I don't know him well. |

be advised - the ticketmaster $30 tickets are $44. Seems there are lots of really expensive things that must be done to have YOU print YOUR own tickets from YOUR computer on YOUR printer. If you have them delivered it really gets expensive. |

They're actually $35 seats, not $30. Add $6.75 per ticket for a "convenience charge" and $2.50 per order for a "processing fee" to have them emailed to you. (If you want them printed out and mailed by regular mail it's free...go figure!) Still a relative ripoff but an $8 per ticket ripoff for 2 tickets instead of a $14 per ticket ripoff. |
Craig My goal is to be able to play as well as people think I can. |

Hey Chunk,
Funny, I think you pinpointed the meaning of their "special handling charge".
What a bill, though! Sounds like a really fun show. |
