What Fran said--it's the last cut, "Farewell Medley," on "Pure Gabby." The whole album is remarkable, stripped down and very personal. If you can find a copy of the double-LP set (there seems to be one on eBay on any given day), the second disk has the interview Dave Guard did at the time--nice stuff.

Yep, Dave Guard grew up in Hawai`i. He was a huge Gabby fan (according to the liner notes on the CD mentioned above). His post Kingston Trio group, the Whiskeyhill Singers, included Carolyn Hester on vocals, and featured "Salomila" and "Isa Lei" on their first and only album.
