Aloha kakou e `ohana,
Time again for our open mic, Tuesday, June 13 at:
Mission City Coffee Roasting Co, 2221 The Alameda, in Santa Clara
Take The Alameda, north, off of 880 and it's about two long blocks on your left (just before the Alameda makes the big swing around Santa Clara University)
Signups, as always, will be at 6:30 PM and the first act will be at 7:15.
Thank you once again to Mission City and Sun Jose Hawai`i for sponsoring this event
Mahalo,
Kawiks

Aloha WoofWoof, sadly, it looks like we'll miss this month's show. I'm working on a deadline to get my project finished before we leave for Maui on the 14th. My engineers are going to be very unhappy with me if I don't finish this thing, and so I may have to give up some funtime in order to keep my neck from getting chopped off!
Are you not going to Moloka'i?

Aloha 'Ilio Nui,
I'm planning to come to the open mic. Please sign me up in case I get caught in traffic and am a little late.
Mahalo,

Many of us are packing and getting ready for camp next week. Might be a small house, but it should be a good one. You don't want to miss the first act "The Mighty Kams and Big Dog". Foshua!!!!!!!!!
I got you covered Doug.

Eh Dave, I would be there this time IF I weren't going to be in Maui. Sorry, not even close choice. And, you definitely re-addicted me to Pickapeppa sauce. Thank you. |

Thanks to everyone who made it tonight. With all the campers on the way to the islands, I thought we'd have a poor turnout, but we managed 8 outstanding performances. I want to welcome Del who came down with Donley. Great `Uke Brah. And welcome back Kiwini. That boy's been practicing. Genaro, I loved the Moloka`i song. I'll be there in three days, but I was there as you sang it.
Thanks for all the support.
Oh, and Joe finally won a gift certificate.

Hey, wuz good fun sitting in with bruddahs Rich on guitar and Joe on killer uke. Not only that but being able to sit back and listen to the stylings of the other musicians as well. Having the extra time really enabled everyone to really hit their strides that evening. So good...mo' bettah and bettah every time... |
