Any of you Washingtonians know of a catering company that might do luau style food for a wedding? This would be in the Auburn/Enumclaw area. Thanks for any suggestions I can pass along to my cousin.

Aloha e, Duke

Bobby's in Everett http://www.bobbyshawaiianstylerestaurant.com/
(pretty far north of Auburn)

Kauai Family Restaurant http://www.kauaifamilyrestaurant.com/
Georgetown (S Seattle) area

I've been to events catered by these places - the food was excellent, they delivered promptly, and for one event, Bobby's also helped arrange for musicians and dancers.

Probably lots of others, but I know these are good.

Good choices, duke - and I'll put in another "ditto." KFR will also do a whole-pig roast, for a very reasonable additional price - broke da mouth!
