Aloha all -
Words can't say how wonderful it was on Sunday!!!
Andy: I don't think you realize just what a huge influence you have by taking care of all of us on Taropatch.net. I wouldn't have met all these wonderful folks starting w/ Keith and SCSKS without it. I wouldn't have known Julie or Maggie. I wouldn't have found out that Hapakid and I both grew up around Torrance airport and that our dad's both worked there and had to have known each other. Nor would I have found Kiwini, and found that he is a calabash cousin (we are related though probably would have a hard time tracing it). And that's not listing all the really wonderful folks at both AMC, Camp Kahumoku, Patrick's workshops and On and On!!!!
Whew!!

And I am looking forward to seeing Timmy, Steve, Keali'i, hopefully Darlene, and certainly the others down here in the LA area.

You know I love you like a brother. Mahalo nui for allowing me this honor. Your committment to hawaiian culture and music is undaunting. Besides, your food takes me back to the early days of Azeka Market. Ah, da Kalua Pork, a side of rice and mac, sitting in Halama Park watchin' da sunset.
You are one of the most selfless people I have ever met.

Mahalo for all the kind words... You know I feel the same cuz! You are also one of the most selfless people I have EVER met! Mahalo for your kind heart and for your wonderful Mele. May you continue to share that with us like Pua Kai said... On and on... Mahalo no kou nani mele...
I do what I do because its the way I grew up. Its the way my dad and mom taught me to do things...

Aloha mai kakou! Timmy wasnt lying, the Santa Cruz audience was phenomenal! Every performance on Sunday was stellar and the food was so ono. Big mahalo braddah Timmy for including me on this very special day! Hope to come back soon!
