I was told Keola will be in Washington State in Early 2007.
Any dates or locations?

He will be in Bremerton in mid-April playing at the Admiral Theater. There's a conflict, however, between the dates shown on a couple of websites. Mele.com shows him playing on 4/14; the theater's own website shows him playing on 4/21.
He's also going to be playing with Carlos Nakai in early May, but again there are inconsistencies in the posted dates. Some websites show him playing in Kirkland on Friday, May 4 and in Olympia on Saturday, May 5; the Kirkland venue's website, however, says that he's playing there on May 5. Here's hoping they get that straightened out; Kirkland's a long drive for me (from Salem, OR) to get there and find out he played the night before.

Mr. Reed- That is incorrect information. Keola Beamer, along with R. Carlos Nakai, will be at Kirkland Performance Center for 2 shows on Saturday, May 5th at 2:00pm and 8:00pm. We do still have tickets available for both shows via our website or over the phone.
We will contact the Hawaiian Store to advise them of the correct information. Thank you for your interest in KPC!

I contacted Keola about the Bremerton concert. Here is his reply:
"Mahalo nui loa for pointing this out to me. We found out that our booking agent made an error, somehow the date got changed to the 21st and he did not notify us. Thank goodness you brought this to our attention, before we booked the 21st somewhere else!

Auntie Maria, could you please update your concert calendar?
And if anyone else sees any advertisements, message boards, etc. with the wrong date, please ask them to correct it. Last thing any musician needs is to have people not show up because of some bad info!
