Someone really made my day... I have this great kid in band who plays drums...but could not find the main beat... all year, and this is his 2nd year...the patterns were kinda like popcorn scud missiles.
Today I passed out "Tyrannosaurus Rocks" and figured I'd have to go back and coach him through...and he knocked my socks off...he immediately went to the right rhythms and ON THE BEAT!
I say, "Skywalker, you got it, how'd you do it?" "I'm taking lessons" Far out. Golden.
