I remember seeing Braddah Smitty when he was playing with Sons of Hawai'i and Ocean Kaowili was playing with them too. I know Smitty's brother lives in Milwaukee. Ran into him at a concert or two a few years back.

Lovin' Lee is my favorite pasttime!!

Thanks Wanda! Smitty is a wonderful guy. Always fun to be around. Make sure you visit him when you come visit the Big Island of Hawaii.

Konabob - I ever wanted to meet Bruddah Smitty after hearing him talk story in Eddie Kamae's film about the Sons of Hawai`i. The story he told about the little blind girl following the sound of his guitar not only give chicken skin, but waimaka. Right away you knew he was a special man.
