An email was sent this morning The Uncle Leonard Young Died Due to a Boating Accident this Past Weekend. Uncle Leonard was a Master Ukulele Builder and was Known for a Specialty Ukulele made with Spruce and Rosewood and With Steel Strings (I Own One)

Although I don't own one, I have been fortunate enough to play his wonderful instruments. I remember the first one I played, it was at the old House of Music at Ala Moana Center (next to center stage). My Aloha goes out to his ohana and the lovers and players of his instrument. Aloha mai, Bryan
