Based on his comments section, I think his name is Mark Kurano and it seems he is a student of Ozzie Kotani. Also I think he is involved in MMA.

Mark is Oz's student. He also is a Mixed Martial Arts ace. He founded that MMA TV channel. I corresponded with him and he was training for a big fight and chilling out playing Ozzie's slack key pieces - and very well, too. He is also a nice guy, and very modest, although I wouldn't want to get into a ring with him. Quite interesting that a guy who uses his hands one way can also use them in a more delicate way. (Although he uses every part of his body that advances his purpose, whatever it is.)

Anyone ever notice that Aloha Oe sounds very similar to "How Great Thou Art"? The part where it says "then sings my soul, my Saviour God to thee, How great Thou art, how great Thou art." |
