My apologies in advance if this is considered too off topic for our forum...
Many of us in Hawaii feel a strong connection to California, having friends and family there. Last time I checked, we had more members on Taropatch from CA than any other state.
That said, it pains me to see 25% of the coast of California on fire (now over 400,000 acres.) My thoughts and prayers are with our brothers and sisters on the left coast. Please stay safe.

Lance...
There is already a discussion on this topic here:
http://www.taropatch.net/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=5916
I also had trouble figuring where to start the topic, so I put it in Talk-Story (which can be about anything right?).
And yes, there are Taropatchers involved in the situation, so your thoughts are well appreciated by them no doubt!
P.S: You can always click on "Active Topics" at the top of the webpage to see if there is already a discussion going for a particular subject before posting. If you choose "Active Topics since last visit" as the mode, it will show you all the stuff you haven't seen since your last visit. If that is too much stuff then you could use "Active Topics since" and choose a time period (such as 24 hours) to see what is current for the last day, etc, etc.
