Hapa returns to San Diego to perform their unique blend of Hawaiian Music. Barry Flanagan, Nathan Aweau along with Kumu Hula and Master Chanter Charles Kaupu will delight you with stories about their beautiful music and lyrics. Hapa Miss Aloha Hula 2002, the beautiful Malia Petersen, will transcend each song she dances with grace and elegance.
Performing with Hapa will be San Diego’s award winning Halau Heali’is Polynesian Revue. Kumu Hula Kathy Gore Stanley has been teaching for over 30 years. Kathy’s daughter Edie Heali’ionalani has linked together to join her mother in presenting one of the premiere halau in San Diego and South California.
