The sad news for the Houston Slackers is that Scott went off to Dubai and Gerald has other things to do. So the Houston Slackers (which has numbered as many as six in the past), is now down to two: Me Jim Garson and Ed Cotham. We are slack key players and have attended Keola's Aloha Music Camp and George Kahumoku's camp on Maui. We are serious about Hawaiian music, and would love to hear from anybody in the Houston area interested in slack key and Hawaiian music. Call Jim at (713) 377 3856.
