Bill told me that Mike was on the NightTime with Andy Bumatai Show and that I could catch it on Youtube. I found it and thought I'd share it with y'all. Mike starting recording his debut CD here in Bend at the same studio that Bill records at. Hopefully we'll get to hear it in the near future. A label has contacted him, so we'll see where that goes.

It is Cory Oliveros, who we saw many times at Tiki's at the Resort Quest Waikiki Beach. He played most every morning at breakfast time, and can play good traditional Hawaiian music, as well. We have his CD and it is enjoyable, albeit more contemporary than what I would normally buy. A very nice young man. You should hear him do I Kona -- his falsetto is great!
