I just wanted to promote a new ukulele-related independent short film that a friend of mine and I produced this past year. The story is a comedy about man who inherits a ukulele and becomes obsessed with playing it and how that affects those around him. The film most recently played at the Treasure Coast International Film Festival in Florida and the DVD is now available for purchase. In addition to the film itself, there are lots of extras on the DVD including some "making of" and "behind the scenes" featurettes as well as two directors' commentaries.
Featured music includes songs by Canadian ukulele players/instructors Ralph Shaw and Chalmers Doane.
