Cynthia is bringing her Uke and I do not think anyone will throw her out. Besides having different kinds of instruments always makes the kani much better anyway!

Cathe,
Sure, that'd be fine. I tried the e-mail under your profile, and got error messages; you might check to see if the address is correct there.
Give me a call: 707.823.4724 (9AM-Midnight)
or e-mail me: kihoalu @ earthlink.net
and we can arrange for Sunday.

Just thought of something else. If you have lyric sheets for songs you play, bring an extra copy or two, if they're copyright-free; some of us may want to embarass ourselves even more by singing along!
And Julie; I think we'll need all the help we can get! Please come with your uke.

Aloha Kakahiaka All!
Wow! getting together in San Francisco this Sunday sounds really great? Can somebody here pick me up in Paia, Maui? I promise I'll bring along some of our 79 degree weather! ha! ha! ha! How I wish I could come. The last we were there in S/F was 1997. My Ohana and I decided to walk the entire length of "Golden Gate Bridge". How far is this Kaleo Cafe? Is it before the begining or at the end?
I'm happy to hear all of you continue to Perpetuate "The Art of Hawaiian Slack Key" which means a whole lot....I really would love to be there with all of you to as we say here...."Kanikajammapila"! The download of Salomila has just now began to play as I tack away. Really sweet...I hear a little bit of Sonny Chillingsworth and Ray Kane in it. "GREAT JOB ROSS"! I haven't yet heard all the MP3s, but so far it's been really nice...And all HOT! HOT! HOT! I have nothing but wonderful thoughts of each and everyones "Kiho'alu Stylings". Now I really wish I could join all of you at Kaleo's Cafe.
Mahalo so much to all the "Kiho'alu Slackers" from "TaroPatch Ohana" for keeping "Kiho'alu Alive and Well.....Have a really great time at Kaleo's cafe! Some day, some day I'll join you guys there as much I want you all to join us here on the "Valley Isle of Maui in Waihe'e. Take care, God Bless, Good Health and Prosperity to you all...A Hui Hou!

Slackey Bill, thanks for your kind words! We wish you could join us too. Hey, how long it take for sound waves to reach Hawai`i from SF? Listen hard, maybe you'll hear us in the wind and waves.

slackkey to Rossaurus!
I just thought of something....Maybe someone can record the San Fransico "Kanikajammapila" on Sunday, or a song or two, then Craig could somehow convert it to a MP3 and add it to the "SoundClick"! Wha-da-ya-think Pilgrim?
As to the answer to how long it would take SOUNDWAVES from Kaleo's in S/F to reach the Northshore of Maui (where I live) Depends on the wind direction, and a really good strong tail-wind behind it. ha! ha! ha! But I'll deffinitely try hard to hear all of you.
Ross...You and the rest of the Gang....Have a really great time at Kaleo's. My best wishes and Aloha to everyone who'll be there. A Hui Hou!

Slackkey, Yeah, I plan to record with an MD, and bring a digital camera, so we could post some stuff later. I'm sure others will record/snap too.
