No matter what the main dish is...I have got to have my ahi poke. In fact, there are times that it is my main dish. Waiau fish market is good but you pay an arm and a leg. Ono, though. Ono's seafood on Kapahulu has good poke, too!!! But, for the best Hawaiian style poke...21 mart on School St. is ranked on the top of my rankings. Man, the inamona and ogo just broke the mouth. And the delicate usage of the green onions and sesame oil are very precise. All mixed together with the freshest, Hawaiian ocean salted Ahi cubed exactly an inch all the way around. Or so it seems. It makes your tongue just want to slap your brain. Here is this months "Poke rankings":
