chronic snowbirds since 1973; love da "changalang" since gift of Sons Of Hawaii vinyl l.p also 1973. Med school room-mate 1966-1967 stay one pake Hilo boy; still stay my kumu pidgin. Lived Waimea side, Big Island, and practiced at NoHawaiiCommHosp 1999. Son is Kona resident since 1999. Love the history of Hawaiian music nearly as much as the music, itself.

Garans,I wen get Wanda's pun wiki wiki. Wen t'ink mebbe she stay referring to CarnegieHall side "concert"(pilikia) end of May that was more melee den mele.I play manini kine ke kukima polinahe and shry make it more changalang with book&c.d. by Mark Kailana Nelson: hahd kine, but.........fo' one haole kine like me.
