I think they are showing last year's show until the real thing. Based on last year, the show will air Sunday, noon to 6pm.

Anybody know the schedule?

Pretty swell for Stephen Inglis that he can get Kenneth Makuakane to play rythm guitar for him. Nice playing, dem. Nice to hear Kenneth's new music and exciting news that he will have a new recording maybe in October.

Was awesome! We couldn't play this year due to the fact I'm out of town, but glad everyone got to watch it. Let's just say there were *many* external forces working against my crew that day, but I'm so happy it went off ok.

I'm going to see if we can stream Uncle Cyril's Waimea festival next year. What a wonderful day in Waimanalo...

Was really nice to see them together! And FYI, Stephen is playing on Kenneth's new CD (electric and acoustic guitar)... can hardly wait!

He posted a few demo cuts to his myspace page: http://www.myspace.com/kmakuakane

And Pali - we missed you! ... Also, you told 'em about Darin/David/Jon being on the next Pakele, but you forgot to mention you'd be on Pakele soon, too... Sept 25th backing up the halau, and Nov 6 with your new CD, yeh?

Aloha nui!

Lynn

Aloha Everybody,

Good to be back in the swing of things. Looking forward to next year's Grammy Tour with George Kahumoku and Richard Ho'opi'i in March 2009.
