Aloha kihoaluwahine! I'll be there too! But may take me awhile to get there via canoe from the 'Shores Of Maui , Hawaii. It's nice to hear that alot of you are really getting into the Festive Kiho'alu Spirit!
We just had our get together in an area of Maui, called "Waihe'e Valley". Myself,(slackkey Bill Pellazar). If you haven't already seen me, I have a picture here taken in Maui with Keith Marzullo! Be prepared....I just might scare you....ha! ha! ha!

I'll be flying out of Jeffco Airport in May for about a week. Will be there May 11, should have some free time in the evenings to kanikapila. I'm not bringing my guitar or uke though, if you have a spare I would be interested in playing. I'm not sure where I'm staying yet, but it will be pretty close to Jeffco Airport.
I play mostly taro patch and G wahine tuning, some songs in aunty alice Namakelua's Bb.

I would love to sit down and play some guitar, and of course I have a spare guitar! I can see Jeffco Airport from where I work so..no problem getting together! I look forward to jam'n and learning! We get plenty Hawaiian style grinds too! Email me when you get the chance.

Aloha From Maui, Hawaii! Eh....How'zit Dana and Barry! I jus wanted fo say az great dat you guys going "kanikajammapila" (new word) dis month li'dat! Make me recamembah wen I wen go Oahu early one Friday morning 6:00 a.m. fo go meet one "Bruddah" (Darrell K. Travis) at da Bishop Museum fo go jam! "Dana! Dakine...wen wuz da last time you wen go Oahu?" Anyway, I wen go catch taxi fo meet "Bruddah" Darrell by da cement wall undah one big mango tree at Bishop Museum. I wen spend one whole day, and wen catch da 5:30 p.m. flight back to Maui. Us two guys had one real good fun kine day of kiho'alu tho! I 'tink az great you guys two going get to'geddah fo jam too!....BTW! "Barry.....yoh last name not dakine eh.....Flannigan (spelling)?" Jus wan'dring! Ha! ha! I hope some day fo us guys get to'geddah in da future! Auwe! Eh.....you guys have fun "K"! Bum-bye let me know da scoops li'dat eh! Love you guys! A Hui Hou!

Jus fo let everyone know that we did get together and had a great time. We didn't have much time 'cause of our schedules , but we did some playing and went and had an ono dinner. Barry show'd me plenty stuff, and I'm on it! I'm so glad we get this place so that we all can connect and get together!
