Howzit Chris,
I got tickets for this Saturday's Antioch concert. It'll be great to see you in concert again (seems like I just saw you in Pleasant Hill ), and it's been several years since I last saw Keola in concert. For all of you East Bay folks out there lurking, this is a "must see" concert.
Aloha,
Doug

| *sigh...* In the Seattle area, we gotta wait until April 10, when Keola and Moana come back through - Edmonds this time; got our tickets already. |

Just came home from this concert, and I must say this was one that I will remember for a long time. Keola and Moana were just so funny and serious and intense and footloose, all at the same time. I think that because of several reasons, they really put their heart into the music, even more than usual, and because the venue was very intimate, a little over 200 people, it appeared that the very closeness of the place allowed most everyone to feel the intensity of the performers, which included Chris Yeaton, Brenda Lippincot (sp?) and Donley Smith. Truly a very special performance. Sigh.... Aloha, Julie |
