Has anyone tried an L.R. Baggs I-Beam pickup in an ukulele? It's a piezo-with-pre-amp system that sticks to the underside of the bridge in a guitar, and I assume would work in an ukulele.

Not here but seems like it should work. We've tried them in guitars and they've been okay... the problems we've encountered with them is a lower output and they seem to have 'resonant' spots no matter where the pickup was placed... creating a boominess. We've tried them in a number of different guitars. Might not have as much of the problem with the ukulele (smaller soundboard and all).
