Y'all, This morning, I had to take Auntie Wanda to the emergency room with shortness of breath. She apparently has another bout of Congestive Heart Failure. She seems to be responding well to the treatments so far, though we're waiting for test results at this time. She's hoping to be back home very soon. I'm assuming there won't be a need for surgery this time, as that was all just done 18 months ago. We musta got careless with our eating habits. Gonna hafta watch that stuff real carefully.

There seems to be no actual new heart damage, but there is some kidney trouble. The kidney specialist who helped my mother so much for many years is on the case. Should be more news tomorrow.

Look what happens when I take the weekend off! Paul, tell Wanda that my thoughts go out to her (and you). I just wish I was as good at card making as she is. More shrine incense burning (the theme is my beloved Sothwest and the incense is juniper through my pueblo house burner - it works!) and prayers to the powers that be. Bless you both! |

Yikes, you two,
Wouldn't it be good if you could shelf all that stress and come out to sunny California and play music with us. Tell Wanda this forum is lonely without her! Thinking of you and hoping for miracles.
