No one is chiming in, so...
Chop up one big onion, some celery and add some grated carrots and some chopped or minced garlic. Throw it in a hot pan with some oil and cook until the onions are clear and carrots are soft. Layer 4-6 cups of last night's rice (dis is for breakfast, yeah?) and mix it up. As it's warming, drizzle with watered down soy sauce/sugar/garlic/ginger mixture and let it boil off while you keep stirring. Remove and scramble a few eggs which you chop and add to the rice. Add some finely diced meat, whatever you like (Spam is best) to the onion/celery mixture to give it some bulk. Serve hot. Add some zing with a little sweet Thai chili sauce. Yum. |

No matter what you put in it when you fry it, if you add a small amount of sesame oil to the canola oil it really adds to the taste. |

Had some at Kona Kitchen a week ago. Had Spam and Char Siu in it with a side of Portuguese sausage. Again, burp. |
