Aloha everyone!
If you are in the SF Bay area, and love the spirit of the islands and Hawaiian music, come on up to LA HONDA - Cuesta Cafe is honored to present the Wing Ohana in their family ensemble "On the Wing" this sunday from 2 pm-6 pm on the lovely patio among the tall redwood trees. The weather should be nice and sunny, with part shade and lots of good grinds at the NEWLY OWNED Cuesta Cafe 8865 La Honda Road, La Honda 94020.
From SF or north take 280 or 101 freeway South to Redwood City WOODSIDE ROAD/Hwy 84. Go WEST up into the mountains, Cross Skyline (Hwy 35) and continue 6 more miles to La Honda. Fire station on the right, restaurant in small shopping center just past fire house.
From San Jose - Take freeway 280 or 101 NORTH to Redwood City WOODSIDE ROAD/Hwy 84. Go WEST up into the mountains, Cross Skyline (Hwy 35) and continue 6 more miles to La Honda. Fire station on the right, restaurant in small shopping center just past fire house.
From Santa Cruz - cruise on up Hwy 1 for a lovely coastal drive about 40 minutes to Hwy 84 EAST - go 9 miles to LA HONDA. See on right Apple Jack's, then just past there you will see on LEFT La Honda Country Market and the Cuesta Cafe in the little shopping center on the left.
Park the car and come out to the patio in back of the restaurant for some great musical Aloha and Luau food!

Luau to be held on the patio of the Cafe Cuesta tomorrow afternoon - SUNDAY Aug. 28 - from 2-6 pm.
(Cafe Cuesta - 8865 La Honda Road (aka Hwy 84), La Honda, CA 94020... (formerly Sullivan's and Merry Prankster Cafe)
Music is FREE; features Mystic Cowboy and Na Kanaka Hau' Oli Kolohe (On the Wing - Peter, Melinda, Kerry and Aidan Wing with Audra & Larry).
FOOD: Luau style meal includes roasted pig, 2 kinds of rice - coconut or regular - roasted veggies, tropical fruit salad, and VEGETARIAN entree on request for only $12!!
Come out and enjoy the day here in La Honda beneath the redwoods, and share some ALOHA with your neighbors!
