Aue! One of the best sounds in Hawaiian music may never be the same. i do wish Kehau well in her new endeavors and hope that she will keep making the music that we all love.

Aloha Nā Palapalai Friends and Fans, I would like to acknowledge and support KapulanaKehau Tamure, aka Kēhau Tamuré's choice to leave Nā Palapalai to pursue other interests effective February 13, 2012. As an original member of Nā Palapalai, her contribution will remain unforgotten. As always, we continue to wish her well in everything she does.
Mahalo to our fans worldwide as they accompany Ioane Burns and myself on this journey through Hawaiian Music. Mahalo for 20 years of support with Nā Palapalai. We pledge to continue that unmistakeable Nā Palapalai sound, it's invigorated approach to traditional Hawaiian music and our committment to creating new, original mele.
We are currently in the studio working on "Ha'a" our sixth CD release, due in stores this July 2012.
