Sorry for the delayed response, Lawrence - you caught me during a flood of work (after many months of unemployment); I'll try to get back to you after the coming weekend's "Live Aloha" festival passes by here in Seattle - I'm in charge of the entertainment, so it's got me tied up!

(FWIW - I don't have any list similar to the one you were asking about that someone else has, sorry.)
