I am playing an open mic at Mocha Moment coffee house in Janesville, WI on the 19th. Anyone in the area (probably none) is welcome to contact me for more info. I am planning to give them a good dose of slack key and Hawaiian music this time: Ku'u Kika Kahiko, Hula Medley, and The Queen's Prayer, in that order.
I think the folks that visit the coffee house are beginning to notice the beauty and quality of Hawaiian music on solo guitar and I am hoping for a good reception. Friends and family will be there also.
I am not a professional guitarist and Playing for an audience still gives me a severe case of the willies.
Sometimes I post as a way to make it less possible for me to back out. Probably no one out there like me right, LOL!!
