Circa 1930's, And apparently it's in a 6 string, open A tuning, but reads like taropatch G. Not extreme playing, but the patterns are the ones most of us work all the time, so it works on Slack Key guitar in Taropatch. Yumpin' yimminee, Ja, Ja, Jingle all da vay.

Aloha ljensen,
You aren't doing anything wrong. There's no link to any audio of the song in question. Both Kapila Kane & Thumbstruck are merely discussing the unusual tuning used in a 1930's open tuning rendition of Jingle Bells. |
Hoof Hearted?...Was it you Stu Pedaso? |

Wait till we start getting REALLY esoteric! This is still Twilight Zone, Light. As they say in Roswell: "Buckle up, It makes it harder for them to suck you out of your car!" Gotta go, the ship's here! |
