I fired up my two Dancing Cat Slack Key Christmas collections today, while decorating my Christmas tree. It reminded me that I have never been able to locate a copy of " Hawaiian Slack Key Christmas" that includes the two bonus tracks that Dancing Cat, in their online liner notes, claimed were part of the collection.
The two tracks, (#14 & 15), are:
Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree (instrumental) by Ozzie Kotani
and Joy to the World (instrumental), in two versions, one with George Kahumoku, Jr. and Norton Buffalo, and a second by Leonard Kawan and George Winston.
Neither my digital version of the album, nor any physical releases that I have found listed on Discogs or AllMusic reflect these bonus tracks.
Can anyone provide a reality check on whether there was a release that included these tracks?
