Well, ya see, it's this way...there was this fundraising drive involving a certain local Hawaiian radio show, with an offer to get on da show "complete with keiki underfoot, etc...". I bought'em <EG>. WITH the proviso it be on your segment <even eviler G>. Gonna haul da gang in an' make utter chaos reign <heheheheeeeeeeee...>

I thought it was something along those lines...the phone-answering folks gave me a cryptic scribble about this. Whatevahs. We'll find a way to squeeze a few folks into the studio - you and I can talk about when and who and what...kanikapila on da rayjoe!

(Check your e-mail, Jesse, and see if you got my note about April 28.)

Lokahi is having their ho'olaule'a at Chief Leschi HS in Puyallup on the 7th of April. I'm going to try to go in the early afternoon, then go to a wedding reception in Redmond (it's s'posed to close down about 5), after that, I could do some jamming in Hapakid's behalf.

I just heard from my wife that I probably have to drive back to Idaho Saturday to accommodate Easter activities on Sunday here in Idaho. Auwe, I was looking forward to a Seattle jam session.

Aloha kani-gang . . . wanna gig? Not a concert . . . a set up simlar to the lu'au at Hili's.

April 21st (a regular kanikapila day for us). My cousins-in-law (Joy's side . . . more Hawai`i folks) are having a birthday lu'au at their place in Redmond (only 'bout 2-3 miles from Jean's place). Nice big house, great people and always ono grinds. Their guests will be there from about 6 - 9 pm.

They just called to see if we were available and willing. When asked what we charge, I didn't know what to say . . . so I said I'd simply ask you guys. I know they's feed us and appreciate us . . . if you want to do it, would we need more than that?

Let me know if I can commit us!

Remember, though, Keola Beamer & John Keawe are playing Bremerton the evening of the 21st, so time your plans accordingly (or, in Thumbstruck's case, "accordion-ingly.")
