We've got info on traveling with guitars on the Aloha Music Camp's FAQs pages, too.

The bottom line? Pack it well and don't spend the whole flight worrying about it.

Oh, I guess I should mention that Keola Beamer will be teaching a full week course for beginners this June. Now that's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! (Twice if you come in February.)

cheers,

Mark

Found this, buried in a column in today's Honolulu Star-Bulletin:

Maui filmmaker Kenneth K. Martinez Burgmaier will produce and direct a documentary film about the Aloha Music Camp on Moloka`i this week. Footage will feature Auntie Nona Beamer and her son, Keola Beamer, as well as the music, hula, chant and talk-story classes offered in the curriculum.
