I tink da tred stay make- plenny time I like try an nomoa noting- den I wen get busy liddle bit, nevah get time fo da lo'i; anden lilbit latah I like come back check um out a coupla minutes before hia moe an get like couple hunred moa post! Plenny I like reply to, but wen take so long foa read now it stay quatah pas one in da morning an I work tomorrow...

I get both kine Arthur Aitiss. Dey not very good frienz. Paul takes glucosamine & chondroitin. I no can - diabetes peepo posed to stay away from glucosamine. I take one baby aspirin erreh day fo my pu`uwai. It must be too liddo dose for help get rid of Arthur. For rheumatoid kine, oni ting help some really bad prescription meds. But dat what give me some eye problems I had some yeahz back. Iritis which eye doc said more prevalaent in peepo wit rheumatoid kine. I tink ebenshually we all goin get osteo kine. Jus da physical wearing out of dese iwi.

Glenn gets da right idea. If stay fit, mo bettah. Less weight for carry aroun on da bones. Strengthen da mussos for help da bones & joints mo suppoht. Hahd to stay fit. Way hahd. Espeshuali when eat pie.
