Aloha Kakou, Our local ukulele group, the "Ukulele Society of America" in Carlsbad, CA was in the New York Times!! If you are ever in the San Diego area on a Thursday night, bring your ukulele (or borrow one of our spares) check in with our Kokua Team and have some fun jamming with us. We even have an Open Mike segment at the end of the evening for those of you that just can't contain yourselves!! Luckily for you all I was hiding in the shadows helping make sure all ran smoothly and being generally camera shy! Besides, my Hawaiian Medium Aloha Shirt does not fit in a single frame.
