I think those sound like fine ideas in a kinder more gentle world.
However, I am glad I retired from the inspection business. I had to do some yucky inspections of some pretty noxious chemicals, but at least I was not the BO police.
But the nap idea -- I like it. Matter of fact, I am fleeping a bit drowsy already. . . zzzzzz |

You've got to be kidding me right? Is this really an issue of importance? Jeez! Its Hawaii after all....hello!...tropics, heat, humidity, rain, more heat...etc...confined spaces, (i.e. bus) Even if you were the cleanest person on the planet, you'll sweat, and have an "order" of some type. Hygiene issues aside, there's more impportant things than this. I agree, some people simply smell like ass, or over perfumed/cologned...but factor in diet, lifestyles, phsyical make-up....your never going to have "sweet roses" all the time...its mass transit people.
Stupid Councilman!!!! how about more important issues like better, more affordable housing for Hawaiians, or helping all those homeless on the Makaha side.
