Anyone interested in recording their guitar or uke, podcasting or desktop video production might want to check out the Yeti USB mic from BLUE.

The short answer? I loved it. At $150, it is an unbelievable bargain. EZ to use, has four pick-up patterns (cardiod, omni, figure 8 and stereo), and looks good. What's not to like?

The site did not want audio or video files--so you'll have to take my word for it. It really sounds very, very good. Gotta send it back today, though. sigh..
