I don't know the answer, but a +1 on Pandora Radio. I got a new cell phone and created a Hawaiian music station. Instead of wishing that XM Radio would add Hawaiian music, I just plug my phone into my car stereo using Pandora. |

Nani is a "he" and Amazon has some listings for "Nani Wolfgramm & His Islanders." Monitor Records issued some of his stuff in the mid-90s, with Smithsonian Folkways doing later reissues. |

Yeah, anyone else I mentioned it to also assumed "female" - as did I, before researching.
He's from New Zealand - don't know if he's still around, but his uncle was Bill Wolfgramm, who recorded albums of Maori songs (and died about seven years ago). |
