I'm seeking a tab for Kuu Ipo for a c6 8 string. I'm trying to take it off an Andy Iona record.The steel player is credited as Danny Stewart, as I recall. I'm going for that old timey sound
Andy Iona recorded Kuu Ipo in the late 30s so it is unlikely he did it in C6. It was remastered and issued on CD At Night By the Ocean, Cumquat 2734 or Andy Iona Volume 1. However, a tab in C6 is listed by Jerry Byrd available from Scotty's Music in St Louis Mo. It is in medly with Kolopa/Kuu Ipo.
