I a so proud of you guys! I feel like one proud mama.
Folks, the music is wonderful. Oh my Dukie sounds so wonderful on slack key and vocals and `ukulele, too; Derek, man, he has the voice! And he has the beautiful koa 12-string Taylor guitar that sounds so great. And Shawn - he is going to blow you away with his guitar pickin'. and `ukulele, too.
And the food -- wow. Get the laulau plate lunch. Cheap and oh so good.
Macky is another one of those nice guys. I first met Macky wen he was an inspector for one of my projects and we got to talking and I found out he plays kihoalu. I then met Unko Ron cuz him and Macky are good friends and from there I invited them to one of our kanikapila and Unko Ron has been part of the family and with us ever since.
