We have two guests this week on Pakele Live! with Tony Solis - Nā Hōkū Hanohano and Hawai’i Music Award nominee and slack key guitarist Doug Fitch, who will play in the 6 o’clock hour, and Kumu Hula Ina Kanei, who will play in the 7 o’clock hour.

Doug will be joined by Kawena Mechler, who will not only dance hula, but who will also be making her professional singing debut. (Sports enthusiasts may recall that Doug was the first professional bicycle racer to appear on the Wheaties box! He was the U.S. National Champion in 1986.) Kumu Ina will be joined by Francine Mamo Wassman and Ka Himeni Ana winner Nate Mahealani Stillman, as well as dancers from his Halau Kawaianuhealehua.

Join host Tony Solis for Pakele Live! on Thursday, November 18 from 6-8 p.m. HST in the Pakele Lounge at the Ala Moana Hotel (410 Atkinson Dr., Honolulu). There is no cover charge or minimum, although your purchase of two drinks or soft drinks helps ensure the continuation of the Pakele Live! concert series. All ages are welcome, and free parking is available next door at Ala Moana Shopping Center.

You may also watch the show live online at: http://www.pakelelive.com/

(Please email the show at pakele @ lava.net and let us know you’re watching! Mention your name and where you’re located - city, state – or country, if outside the U.S.!)
