A friend of mine is a very gifted photographer. Yesterday, he shared this link with me:
http://www.blurb.com/books/1803021

It contains images from his new book, "portraits in sepia" which contain beautiful images of many of the Hawaiians who make these islands so special. You will no doubt recognize John Keawe's photo among them.

Merry Christmas to all of you! See some of you at Camp in the coming year...
Aloha,
-Konabob

Very cool KB. Lots of John and Hope too. Does he annotate the pics in the book?

I haven't seen the actual book yet. Just got an email today with the link to it. I do know some of the people in this book, and have seen many more perform or just around the island.

Thanks for sharing that KonaBob. I recognized John and Hope Keawe, as well as Auntie Nona Beamer, Auntie Genoa, Uncle Richard Ho'opi'i, and was that our beloved Liko Puha from the side?
