Kawika Kahiapo beagn his musical journey in jam sessions with family and local players like Gabby Pahinui. He has gone on to enjoy a successful recording and performing career, including work with many of Hawaii's top musicians. He has also received numerous well-deserved awards for his work, including a Grammy in 2010 (Masters of Hawaiian Slack Key Guitar, Vol. II), and a Hawaiian Music Award in 2011. Slack Key Workshop -- 4 pm
