San Clemente's own Wes Miller has joined the Hulaville Concert Series with a concert on Saturday, July 30th at 8:00pm.
A freshman at UCLA Wes studied for eight years under Bill Tapia, world-renown master of the ukulele. Among the many other things Wes said that Bill taught him is that age doesn't matter - instead, it's all about love for the music.
Wes has appeared onstage with Bill several times, including at his sold-out 100th birthday concert at the Warner Grand Theater. He's also appeared with many other professional musicians, jammed with the beach boys at Waikiki, played onstage with the entertainers under the celebrated Banyan Tree at Hawaii's Moana Surfrider Hotel, entertained at luaus, parties, and weddings. So you see, He really loves the music - and sharing it with others, both as an entertainer and a teacher.
