There's more great music coming to that special "house of Hawaiian music" in Bellevue, Washington!
Jon Yamasato, has been very active in the Hawai`i music scene for many years, as a solo artist and as a member of the Hoku-award-winning group Pure Heart (along with Jake Shimabukuro & Lopaka Colon), as well as Na `Oiwi (with Dennis & David Kamakahi and Mike Kaawa). Darin Leong brings diverse guitar & `ukulele stylings to the mix for two appearances in the Seattle area by this dynamic musical duo. Both musicians have made multiple recordings and are composers of note. This will be a great evening of music...come join us!
Friday, August 5
House Concert at 7:30pm
Potluck at 6pm
Guitar & `Ukulele Workshop at 4pm
$15 for workshop or concert; $25 for both

| These wonderful musicians will also be here in Eugene (for all of you Oregonians!) at Our Saviour Lutheran Church 2200 Coburg Rd. on Sunday, August 7th. The workshop will begin at 1:30, concert at 3:00, and potluck/kanikapila at 5:00. Last night's outdoor concert in Kenmore was fantastic. I love the blending of Jon's and Darin's voices. They had fun, so the audience had fun too. Looking forward to tonight's house concert @ Neeej's. Sorry you couldn't be here, Andy. Oh, and Retro was pretty good too.  |

Jon & Darin's house concert was great (as was their very interesting worksshop). We were fortunate that these two wonderful guys could spend the day & evening sharing music and expertise with us!
