We had the great privilege of seeing Mr. Ka`apana on a different island - Bainbridge - last night.

Noeau graciously went home to get picks for Led, just in case they look familiar.

Baritone brought his autoharp for Led to play. I've never heard anyone make it sound that good - and probably never will again.

What a great night with a great artist. Thanks Led!

PS - Fran G. - we met two of your friends at last night's gig. Led recognized the woman of the couple as one whom he'd met on Kailua Beach when he was just hanging out and jamming. Her daughter is moving to Bainbridge, which is why they happened to be up here this weekend. They were delightful.

Wow, Momi, thanks for letting me know about our Kailua buddies. That must have been quite a surprise for Ledward.

I always get an autoharp for Led whenever he visits the Santa Cruz area. This is what I filmed during his last visit. I think it's just amazing to see how Led just attacks the instrument with such assurance and power.

And this is from a couple of years ago. This one WAS acoustic and the soundman was having fits. But Led worked through it.
