Not long ago, slack key guitar was in danger of dying out.  Fortunately a renaissance of Hawaiian culture that began over a quarter century ago has continued, and today slack key is is still here.   Whether you are in the islands of Hawai`i or on the other side of the world, there are a number of people sharing this art through performance, books and video.
